April of 24 was not the peak time to put a single family home on the market in Naples, but Claudia's hard work and expertise sold my home and got me into a new place by the end of June. She understood the impact of social media and leveraged this knowledge. Frequent open houses were well advertised and very well attended. I used those days to go looking and found sparse attendance, so I knew she was doing something different...and right. In the end, there was a solid offer on my home with two more waiting in the wings if the first buyer did not complete the sale.Thanks Claudia and the team at Encore!

Paula was truly amazing. She asked all of the right questions in the initial interview to only show me properties that would fit my needs and requirements. I've not had another realtor ever be that thorough at the outset. She did not try to upsell. She was willing to negotiate some items on the contract that I found I didn't agree with. Communication from her and her team was absolutely excellent. Her advice on things that I didn't know to ask for was very proactive and forthcoming. She did an excellent job in negotiating the sale price as well as items on the inspection report that needed to be addressed. She truly was an advocate for me. She's very trustworthy, kind, caring, professional. I've never had such a good experience before after having worked with several others. I highly would recommend Paula and her team.

We were selling our home from another state and Paula did an excellent job on presenting the comps and coming up with a purchase price and Sharon was our main contact and truly amazing. She attended the inspection, appraisal and closing as well as met all of the contractors at the house since we were out of town. She was helpful and available and worked with with the buyers agent very well to help us through the selling process. Encore! has contractors and handyman services they recommend to complete any work that needs to be done. We had an amazing experience with Paula and her entire team at Encore! Realty Services! We used Paula and Encore to purchase our home in Cape Coral a couple years ago and then we had to sell the home recently. Paula was amazing during the process of buying the home as well as during the sale. We had a very narrow window to try to sell before our rental season started up and Paula was able to get the house listed in a matter of days. We had several offers within a week and it was under contract and sold shortly after that and at asking price! With many homes on the market in that price range, that was incredible!
